The Client
This is a spec piece of work created for JOHNSON’S® to introduce their new Baby Conditioner.
The Challenge
Parents of young children ages 0–2 years are looking to purchase the highest quality products for their children and the new JOHNSON’S® Baby Conditioner is just that - a top-quality product that keeps kids’ hair soft and keeps their scalps moisturised. JOHNSON’S® needed an email developed that would increase awareness of the product and encourage people to buy by getting them to click through for the coupon.
The Solution
With research, it became evident that this piece needed to convey JOHNSON’S® message in a friendly, sincere, knowledgeable, and helpful tone to truly connect with their target audience. I composed benefit-led copy to hit the pain point of “overwhelm” that many new parents experience. Thus helping them to feel confident that they can trust JOHNSON’S® Baby Conditioner to make their lives just that little bit easier.
